What this site is

An independent information website about The Nayabella residential project in Nai Yang, Phuket, published by Tumanov Group. It is not the developer's official site. The project is developed by Rhom Bho Property PCL, listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under TITLE.

Figures, dates and descriptions shown here are for reference. They do not constitute a public offer and may be changed by the developer without notice. Current terms are always confirmed in writing before any transaction.

Project stage

Construction has not started. Environmental impact report 256804-21 was filed in April 2025 and approved on 8 August 2025 (letter ทส.1009.5/15022), record 14797 of the register of Thailand's Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP). The developer has not announced the sales launch, construction or handover dates.

Prices and plans

As of the last update of this page the developer had not published prices, floor plans, the unit count or dates for The Nayabella. Payment-plan terms, launch discounts, facilities, finishes and price benchmarks refer to other The Title projects (The Title Olive, The KUARTZ, FIZZ), are marked “typical for The Title” and are not The Nayabella terms.

Ownership

The Nayabella is recorded in the EIA register as a residential building under the Building Control Act, not as a condominium under the Condominium Act. Buildings of this type are usually offered to foreigners as a registered lease (leasehold); the developer will announce the final ownership form, and it is published here on the day of the announcement.

The developer has not published renders of The Nayabella and there are none on this site. Photos of the Nai Yang area are Rhom Bho Property materials from The Title Olive presentation, cropped and resized for the web; they show the area, not the project. Illustrations, diagrams and charts were drawn for this site and do not depict the project.

Distances

The developer has not shown the exact plot of The Nayabella. Travel times on this site are estimates from the Nai Yang area (Sakhu) as a whole, not from the project.
